The DWU alumni will take the field at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6, at Drake Field. All former Tiger baseball players are welcome to come back and play. The game is also open to the public.
The Dakota Wesleyan baseball coaching staff is putting on a prospect clinic at the end of September for area high school baseball players. The camp starts at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30, at Cadwell Park in Mitchell, and is open to all high school baseball players from South Dakota and surrounding states.
Players will be tested in the 60-yard dash, arm strength, hitting, pop time, pitching velocities and defense. All players need to dress in uniform, including hats, baseball pants and cleats, and a scrimmage will end the camp. Cost is $30 per athlete.
