Tiger golf to host fundraiser tournament

MITCHELL, S.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University men’s and women’s golf programs will host the Tiger Golf Scramble Fundraiser Tournament this spring to help raise money for the golf programs.

The scramble is Saturday, April 20, at Wild Oak Golf Club in Mitchell. The four-person scramble has a noon shotgun start. The cost is $60 per person and includes green fees, cart fees, one raffle ticket, pin prizes and a post-tournament meal. A corporate sponsorship is also available for $300 and includes a corporate sign displayed at the tournament, the corporate name announced at the tournament, a four-person company team, all green fees, all cart fees, one raffle ticket per person, pin prizes and a post-tournament meal for the entire team.

The raffle includes brand name golf equipment. There will be other contests at the tournament, including a par-3 contest and a putting contest, and there will also be special designated hole events with members of the Tiger golf teams.
