MITCHELL, S.D. – Football was not always a top priority for former-DWU quarterback Dillon Turner. Growing up, he wanted to be a professional bull rider, but that all changed when Turner received his first football recruiting letter as a freshman in high school.
MITCHELL, S.D. – Head football coach Ross Cimpl is entering his seventh season with Dakota Wesleyan University, and hopes to continue the success into next year. Cimpl has an overall record of 44-21. The Tigers finished last year 6-5 overall and 4-4 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference. The coaching staff targeted impact players who could make a difference on and off the field.
