Kieff adds Nebel for 2018 season

MITCHELL, S.D. –Dakota Wesleyan University softball Head Coach Ed Kieff is pleased to announce the signing of Reagan Nebel of Hayti, S.D.

A four-year letterwinner in softball, Nebel had a career-high batting average of .566 and a .367 batting average as a senior in high school.

She helped her team to a summer state championship in 2016 and was team captain from 2015-16. She was also named First Team All-State from 2015-16, a member of the 2015 All-ESD team and 2014 All-State tournament team. Nebel was a member of the National Honor Society and a Regent Scholar. She played club softball for the Cobras and Young Primetime.

"Reagan adds a lot of depth to our infield," Kieff said. "She has a strong bat and will bring a great knowledge of the game with her having played for Coach Young in Watertown. She will join the team after break and play as a freshman this spring."

Nebel plans to major in nursing at DWU.
