DWU battles at Bellevue Invitational

Bellevue, Neb. – The Dakota Wesleyan University women's golf team took fifth place at the Bellevue University Fall Invite on Monday and Tuesday at the Platteview Golf Club in Bellevue, Neb.

 The Tigers shot a two-day total of 720 as a team, with Megan Hinker (Lennox, S.D.) leading the way. She finished in 12th place after carding an 89 and an 82.

 Ronae Klein (Winner, S.D.) tied for 17th after tallying a two-day total of 179. Jordan Glanzer (Howard, S.D.) took 22nd as she shot a 186 through two days and Ashley Zimmer (Mitchell, S.D.) finished tied for 23rd. Jayden Bormann (Parkston, S.D.) recorded a 25th-place finish after shooting a 190 through two days.

 The Tigers return to action at the Lila Frommelt Fall Classic on Friday and Saturday at the Two Rivers Golf Course in Storm Lake, Iowa.
