2024-25: Coach Lit finishes his first full season with the Tigers. During the indoor season, 11 new athletes earned spots on the program's all-time top-ten list. The outdoor season continued the trend with 12 Tigers etching their names into DWU's history books. Capping off a strong year, five Tigers stood on the podium at the conference championships, earning All-Conference honors. Adding one school record and 22 new top-ten school records for the program in total.

2023-24: Coach Lit joined the team mid-season, found success in the field events as he coached Taliyah Hayes to climb up the Tigers' record books in three different events. She ended the season as #2 in the triple jump, #4 in the high jump, and #5 in the long jump. Hayes qualified for the outdoor NAIA Nationals in the triple jump. Hayes also placed third at conference while being named all-conference. Additionally adds two more indoor records to top-ten with Jace Freeseman in the 200m and the 400m.

Coach Dre Litsey enters his 1st season at DWU as an assistant coach for the track and cross country teams, bringing a diverse background in coaching and athletics. Previously at Adelphi University, he assisted Coach Katie Rees and Coach Val (Count) Holt, contributing to practice planning, budgeting, and player development from 2022 to 2023. His coaching experience also includes a successful stint as throws coach at Onalaska Middle School in 2023, where his team achieved a conference title.

Prior to coaching, Dre competed in track and field at Coker University from 2016 to 2020, followed by Adelphi University from 2020 to 2022, where he notably set a men's heptathlon record at Coker. He earned a B.A. in Communications from Coker University and later completed a Master's in Sports Management at Adelphi University.

Raised between Landstuhl, Germany, and Kapolei, Hawai'i, Coach Lit's diverse upbringing contributes to his broad perspective and understanding of different cultures.
