MITCHELL, S.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University men's soccer team readies for another non-conference match, this time versus Waldorf University at 5:30 p.m. in Forest City, Iowa. Dakota Wesleyan fell versus in-state foe Mount Marty University on Wednesday in Yankton, S. D.
About the Tigers
- Junior forward Cesar Requena (Lima, Peru) leads the Tigers in shooting percentage with a .500 shooting percentage along with two goals in five starts in 2021.
- As a unit, the Dakota Wesleyan offensive attack holds a .600 shot-on-goal percentage with 21 shots on goal.
- Garrett Shanley (Eagan, Minn.) made his sixth-straight start for Dakota Wesleyan at the left back position this season on Wednesday and has appeared in a total of 12 matches throughout his Tiger career.
About the Warriors
- Waldorf enters Saturday's contest with a 2-2-1 overall record including a 3-1 upset home victory over No. 21 Briar Cliff University.
