Five Athletes Named 2025 GPAC Men's Soccer All-Conference

Five DWU athletes named to the 2025 GPAC Men's Soccer All-Conference team

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — The Great Plains Athletic Conference has released the 2025 All-Conference teams for Men's Soccer.

For just the second time in program history, multiple Men's Soccer athletes were named First Team All-Conference. Freshman Evan Bolster out of Midleton, Ireland was awarded with such honors following an extremely impressive inital campaign with the Tigers as a forward, which included seven total goals on the season and a GPAC Offensive Player of the Week nod back in September. He was joined on the First Team by defender Colin Burke (Boyle, Ireland) who was the anchor for Dakota Wesleyan's back line all season long, as the senior caps off his career with esteemed GPAC honors. DWU Men's Soccer had only four First Team All-Conference players before today's announcement, making this tandem of All-Conference honorees a historic achievement.

Forward Luis Waeschle (Singen, Germany) and midfielder Lukas Adamhuber (Polling, Germany) were the two athletes to be named Second Team All-Conference following impressive seasons for DWU. Waeschle posted career-highs of six goals this season alongside 22 shots on goal, while Adamhuber recorded six goals of his own in his first season with the program, including a GPAC Player of the Week nod at the beginning of the season. The all-conference lineup is rounded out by midfielder AJ Bowman (Waterford, Ireland), who is listed as an Honorable Mention following his four-goal season.
