General: Comes off an impressive junior season after earning All-Conference status in the shot put. The dual-sport athlete (football) looks ready for his final campaign. 

Junior (2019-20): Saw action in seven meets ... earned All-Conference status (7th-place) in the shot put ... notched a third-place finish at the SDSU Invitational in the shot put ... season best of 12.41 meters in the weight throw. 

Sophomore (2018-19): Hit a National Qualifying mark in the shot put with a throw of 50' 8" at the Red Raider Open ... at the GPAC meet, Milmine again placed 9th in the shot put.

Freshman (2017-18): The shot put specialist finished 3rd at the Friends University Spring Open ... also tallied a 4th-place finish in the Dordt College Invitational ... qualified for the GPAC meet in the shot put finishing 9th. 

High School: Named All-Conference Honorable Mention … participated in track for four years … member of the National Honor Society … Honor Roll student … winner of the Leadership Award.

Personal: Born Jan. 5, 1999 … son of Ken and Christy Milmine … an accounting major.
