General: The All-State thrower comes to DWU from Gregory, S.D., where he competed on the Colome High School Track and Field Team.
High School: Best mark in the shot put was 54-9.5 feet at the Burke Meet … best finish in the discus was in the Freeman Meet with a toss of 174-1 feet … finished second in the shot put and discus at the State ‘B’ Track and Field Meet his senior year … notched a first-place finish in the shot put and a second-place finish in the discus his junior season at the State ‘B’ Track and Field Meet … two-time All-Conference member and field event MVP … competed in football for three years and named outstanding lineman … member of the honor roll.
