In the women’s 5K race, it was once Morgan Oedekoven () and Annika Vermeulen (Mitchell, S.D.) stepping up to the start line while the men’s team came away with a sixth-place finish in the team standings.
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – In their first race of the 2021 season, the Dakota Wesleyan University men’s and women’s cross country teams toed the line at the Augustana Twilight Meet on Friday night at Yankton Trail Park in Sioux Falls, S.D. Two members of the Dakota Wesleyan women’s cross country team competed in the 5K race while the DWU men battled in the 4-mile race, coming away with a 28th-place finish in the team standings.
