General: Burke was named All-State in 2019 and looks to contribute to the DWU lineup in her first season after recording a batting average of .605 for the Cobblers of Rapid City Central.
High School: She finished with a .722 slugging percentage and had no strikeouts as a batter ... also named to the All-Tournament Team in 2017 and 2019 ... guided her team to a third-place finish her junior and senior seasons ... a state track placer in the 200-meter dash ... played club softball for RC Crush ... tallied a .605 batting average and a 1.4 ERA with the Crush ... off the diamond, Burke was a member of the National Honor Society, a Dean's List honoree and selected to the honor roll each year ... was a three-year starter in softball ... also participated in track for two seasons.
