LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Dakota Wesleyan University pitcher Alison Ernsberger earns 2026 National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region honors in NAIA Region IV for her efforts throughout the season.
The sophomore out of Granville, Ohio, caps off a fantastic second season as a Dakota Wesleyan Tiger by adding a Second Team All-Region nod to her accolades. 2025's GPAC Freshman of the Year posted another great season that propelled her to First Team honors in the circle, recording a 2.59 ERA (7th in the GPAC) on the season, 16 wins (4th in the GPAC), and 170 total strikeouts (3rd in the GPAC) in her 2026 campaign. Ernsberger looks to build on these awards and accomplishments as she heads into her upperclassman seasons at Dakota Wesleyan. Ernsberger was one of 147 student-athletes from 63 schools represented on the NFCA's NAIA All-Region teams.
