Bio

General: The Gettysburg, S.D., native looks to improve off a solid freshman campaign. 

Sophomore (2019-20): Did not compete. 

Freshman (2018-19): Helped set the school record in the distance medley relay with a time of 13:11.60 minutes ... helped the 4x800-relay team earn All-Conference status during the 2019 Outdoor Conference meet.

High School: Helped her team to a 4^th place finish at the state track meet in the 4x400 meter dash with a time of 63 seconds … helped her team to a 5^th place finish at the Howard Wood Relays in the 4x800 meter dash with a time of 2 minutes and 33 seconds … best finish in the 3200-meter run was at the Howard Wood Relays with a time of 12:32.05 and placed 51^st in state … best finish in the 4000-meter run was at the State Cross Country Meet with a time of 16 minutes and 46 seconds placing 26^th … her best 5000-meter run finish was at the Region Cross Country Meet with a time of 20:59 and also placed 8^th in state … was the cross-country captain, volleyball captain and numerous others … she was on the honor roll all four years … also a recipient of multiple Outstanding Reading Awards … best local history project … ranked 6^th out of 14 for her class academically.

Personal: Born June 8, 1999 … daughter of Douglas and Jessica Larson … a psychology major.
