General: The national qualifier looks to make it back the national meet and continue success from last season.
Sophomore (2018-2019): All-Conference finish in the high jump (4th) ... qualified for Indoor Nationals in the high jump ... currently sits 2nd on the All-Time DWU top ten list in the Indoor high jump and sits 5th on the Outdoor top ten list.
High School: Placed fourth at the RC Track-O-Rama with a jump of 5-0 feet … also placed eleventh in high jump at the state track meet ... helped set the school record in the 4x100 relay.
Personal: Born December 13, 1999 … daughter of Daniel and Teresa Bechard ... a history and criminal justice major.

VERMILLION, S.D.– Competing against NCAA Division I, Division II and NAIA schools, Lydia Gerber (Canton, S.D.) finished third in the triple jump, on her way to a NAIA National ‘B’ Mark. Gerber and the Dakota Wesleyan University men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the Red Raider Open and the South Dakota Challenge on Friday and Saturday in Orange City, Iowa, and Vermillion, S.D.
SIOUX CENTER, Iowa – It was a day filled with impressive marks for the Dakota Wesleyan University men’s and women’s track and field teams as they kicked off the outdoor season. Morgan Taft (Norris, S.D.) broke a school record, while Caden Milmine (Buffalo, Wyo.) qualified for the NAIA National Outdoor Championships in their respective events on Thursday at the Dordt Invite in Sioux Center, Iowa.
