Mitchell, S.D. – RV Dakota Wesleyan volleyball is back in action this weekend as they head to the Labor Day Classic in Bellevue, Nebraska. The tournament will be played over three days, starting tomorrow. The Tigers take on No. 18 Ottawa at 5 p.m.. DWU will play two matches on Friday, starting at 11 a.m. with Hope International; at 5 p.m. Wilber and company will face No. 11 Central Methodist. Closing out day three Dakota Wesleyan volleyball takes on No. 25 Rocky Mountain at 1 p.m..
ABOUT THE TIGERS
- Tigers' volleyball enters the weekend matches sporting a 5-0 overall record and has yet to drop a set.
- DWU is averaging 13.80 kills per set with a hitting percentage of .258
- Jadie DeLange and Mariah Gloe are one and two on the team with hitting percentages of .303 and .263 respectively
- Ady Dwight leads the Tigers in kills per set, averaging 3.00
