Bio

General: Enters her senior season for the DWU track and cross-country teams … … finished in 10^th-place in the 5,000 meter racewalk at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships in 2015 … is the DWU school record holder in the racewalk events … became the first female indoor All-American in DWU track and field history in 2013 … has four NAIA All-American awards in track and field in her first three seasons ... looks to use this success to help her reach personal best in her senior cross country season.

Junior (2014): Finished with a time of 21:22.91 in the GPAC Championships … competed in the Briar Cliff Invite and completed the course in a time of 21:02.57.  

Sophomore (2013):  Ended her season at the GPAC Championships in a time of 22:19.13 … had a 67^th-place finish at Briar Cliff with a 21:37.07 … competed at the Augustana Twilight Meet, running a 21:32.14.

Freshman (2012): Completed her freshman season at the GPAC Championships running a 21:40.71 … also ran in the Mount Marty Invite with a time of 22:34.83 … finished in 21:44.26 at Briar Cliff … had a top-20 finish at the DWU Invite in a time of 21:55.77.

High School: Ran a personal best 21:44 in cross country in high school … participated in the 5K race walk in 27:58 at the Penn Relays … competed in the 10K race walk at the World Cup Trials … took part in many indoor and outdoor national meets throughout high school … ran the 800-meter run as well as the mile and two-mile races in track … a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born June 5, 1994 … daughter of Tom Menendez and Carolyn Court … an athletic training major.
