General: A fourth-year member of the DWU track and cross country teams … runs middle distance races for the DWU track team … has had phenomenal seasons since coming in as a freshman … has run the third-best 800 (2:28.31) and 1,000 (3:22.08) times in DWU indoor track history in 2013 … also the seventh-best 400 (63.74) and 1,500 (5:18.96) and fourth-best 800 (2:28.41) times in Tiger outdoor history as a true freshman.

Junior (2014): Competed in the Mount Marty Invitational … was the top finisher for the Tigers in a time of 21:17.55 … ran a 19:53.79 at the Briar Cliff Invite for a 35th-place finish … opened up the season with a 32^nd-place finish at the DWU Invite in 21:45.85.

Sophomore (2013): Capped off her season with a 66^th-place finish at the GPAC Championships in a time of 21:33.57 … ran a 20:25.5 at the Mount Marty Invite … had a top-30 finish at the Herb Blakely Invite, running a 22:22.66 … started the season at the Augustana Twilight Meet, running a 20:27.94.

Freshman (2012): Completed her freshman season for the Tigers at the GPAC Championships with a 64^th-place finish in 20:09.81 … competed at the DWU invite, ran a 20:56.33 finishing in 13^th-place.

High School: Competed in track for Colome High School … has a personal best in the 800-meter with a time of 2:26 and 400-meter in 1:02 … ended her senior season with an eighth-place finish in the 400-meter at the South Dakota Class B State Meet … played volleyball and basketball for the Cowgirls … was named to the All-Conference team in both basketball and volleyball.

Personal: Born July 28, 1993 … daughter of Dan and Lyn Forgey … a human services major.
