General: Schmidt looks to build off her first season with the Tigers.
Freshman (2017): Competed in three meets ... tallied a 66th-place finish at the Mount Marty Invite in 22:47.4.
High School: She set a school record in the 3200-meter relay with a time of 9:50 that took fifth at the state meet … best mark in the mile run was 5:46 that took 11th at state, 3200-meter run was 12:11 that took 11th, 4000-meter run with a time of 15:11 that placed 25th at state and a time of 20:13 in the 5000-meter run … is a six-time individual cross country meet runner-up, 10-time individual cross country meet champion and has won over 20 cross country team meet championships … placed seventh, third, fifth and ninth at the cross country state meets … was the CBH Conference champions five times, the SESD Conference champions two times and the Region 5A champions three times … named Academic All-State cross country and track teams, track MVP and named most improved twice, cross country MVP three years, cross country hustler winner three times and cross country team captain six years … was also a member of the basketball team.
