Sophomore (2024-25): Jagger Tyler opened the season with a strong performance at the DWU Open ... he placed 2nd with four straight wins, including a tech fall, major decision, and two decisions ... he fell in the finals by a close 15-13 decision ... in dual action, he dropped back-to-back decisions to opponents from Northern State and Southwest Minnesota State.

High School: John Tyler a hometown native, joins Tiger wrestling after a three-sport career for the Kernels ... he was a six year letter winner in both track and wrestling, while being a three year letter winner in football... he looks to grab another state crown in a different weight class after being the last wrestler standing just a season ago in the 145 class... the football All-State and All-ESD player in also a scholar in the class room, earning Academic All-State for football.
