Bio
General: Dwight enters her sophomore campaign after collecting American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) West Central Region Freshman of the Year and All-Region First Team honors.
Junior (2022): Played all 33 matches and 122 sets for head coach Lindsay Wilber during her junior campaign… led the team in kills and set a new season high in kills with 571… paces the team with 130 total blocks... finished the 2022 season ranked third in the nation for total kills and second in the nation for kills per set with 4.68 also increasing her number from last season… posted a new career high in kills, twice against No. 4 Jamestown and Dakota State with 25 while also earning a new career high in blocks with 10 against No. 3 Midland… as a 2022 NAIA All-American First-Team selection, she was also tabbed as the AVCA West Central Attacker of the year, NAIA National Tournament all team player, Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, and a GPAC First-Team All-Conference player… she sits fifth all-time in program history for kills after the 2022 season with 1,288 career kills… Dwight is the first player in program history to earn NAIA All-American honors three times during her career.
Sophomore (2021): Collected a plethora of accolades during her second season at DWU, including CoSIDA Academic All-American First Team, CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team, AVCA All-Region, All-GPAC First Team and NAIA All-American First Team ... started in all 35 matches and played in 122 sets, tallying a team-high 473 kills for an average of 3.88 kills per set ... finished the season with a .308 hitting percentage ... was also a big defensive front for head coach Wilber, notching a team-high 136 total blocks ... tallied a season high in kills against No. 11 Central Methodist, Briar Cliff and Dordt with 21 ... also notched a season-high eight blocks against Dakota State.
Freshman (2020): Started in 20 matches for the Tigers ... finished her freshman campaign with 244 kills, 3.2 kills per set, 84 blocks, 15 solo blocks, 14 digs and three assists ... ranked fifth in the GPAC in kills per set and 13th in the conference in kills ... led the team in kills, total blocks and solo blocks ... notched a season-high 21 kills against Northwestern ... tallied seven blocks versus Concordia and Mount Marty ... honored as the 2020 West Central Region Freshman-of-the-Year by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) ... named to the 2020 West Central All-Region First Team ... tabbed as the first GPAC Freshman-of-the-Year in program history ... collected All-GPAC First- Team honors ... earned AVCA All-American Honorable Mention.

Lexington, KY – The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced the 2022 NAIA AVCA All-Region award winners today; among the honorees from 10 different regions, the Tigers of Dakota Wesleyan Volleyball, posted two athletes to the west central list with Ady Dwight and Madeline Else. In addition to being named as an All-Region honoree; the AVCA also voted Dwight as the West Central Attacker of the Year.

Sioux City, Iowa – Pool “F” top seed Dakota Wesleyan volleyball had no issues with the Raiders of Southern Oregon in the first and second set with scores of 25-15 and 25-15. The Tigers trailed by their largest margin of the match in the third set, before clawing back and rallying behind tiger nation to get the third set win 25-21, securing the sweep.
